Vebet Terms & Conditions — Full Version in English

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between vebet (vebet.pro) and each member who uses its services. By registering on vebet or using its services, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms are written in Bengali to help users in Bangladesh easily understand them. In case of any ambiguity, vebet's interpretation shall be considered final.

To open an account on vebet, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. vebet's services are strictly prohibited for minors.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, mobile number, and date of birth — must be accurate and truthful.
• Each person may register only one account. Different members of the same household may open separate accounts, but shared devices or payment methods will require additional verification.
• Registration from regions where online betting is prohibited is not permitted.

Once registered, you are responsible for keeping your account secure. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact vebet support immediately.

Vebet complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. Identity verification is mandatory for withdrawals above a specified amount.

Documents required for verification:

• National ID Card (NID) — Clear photo of front and back
• Selfie — A recent photo holding your NID
• Proof of Address — Utility bill or bank statement (within 3 months)
• Payment Method Verification — The mobile banking number must be registered in your name

Vebet completes KYC verification within 24 hours. Additional information may be requested if needed.

The following rules always apply when placing bets on vebet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• The minimum bet is ৳10. Maximum bet limits vary by market and match.
• If a match is cancelled, the bet is voided and the stake is refunded.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, vebet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Once the final result is determined after the match ends, that result is conclusive.

Any form of match manipulation, use of insider information for betting, or gaining artificial advantages through software is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on vebet:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500. A welcome bonus applies on your first deposit.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal is ৳50,000 (without KYC).
• After KYC Verification The daily withdrawal limit can be increased.
• Only Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 24 hours.

Vebet takes a firm stance against money laundering. If any unusual or suspicious transaction is detected, vebet reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals pending investigation.

Vebet offers a variety of bonus promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must generally be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses can only be used for active betting or gaming on vebet.
• Each promotion can only be used once per member.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, VPNs, or proxies will result in all associated accounts being suspended.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Once expired, the bonus is automatically forfeited.
• Vebet reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

To maintain a safe and healthy environment on vebet, all members are required to follow the rules below:

• Treat other members and staff with respect.
• Attempting to hack the platform, using bots, or exploiting software is strictly prohibited.
• Match-fixing or betting using insider information is a criminal offense under the law.
• Spam, phishing, or any attempt to mislead other members is not permitted.
• Unauthorized use of vebet's brand or logo is strictly prohibited.

Vebet may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Registration with Fake or False Information
• Multiple Account Management
• Bonus abuse or fraud attempts
• Money Laundering Activities
• Attempting to hack the platform or exploit unauthorized advantages
• Repeated failure to complete KYC verification
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority

Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally refunded. However, in cases of fraud or rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.

To close your account, contact our support team. Self-exclusion options are available from 6 months up to permanent.

If you have a dispute with vebet, please follow the steps below to resolve it:

1. Step 1: Contact the support team via live chat or email and provide the relevant details.
2. Step 2: Support will provide an initial decision within 48 hours. If you are unsatisfied, you may escalate to a manager.
3. Step 3: Complaints can be submitted to vebet's licensing authority.

In disputes regarding betting outcomes, results obtained from official data sources (such as ICC, FIFA) shall be considered final.

Vebet reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or SMS.
